11 yr female Yorkie ? 8lbs ? Surrendered due to pet health ? See medical below ? She is very VERY sweet!!
PE: Severe alopecia and scaly skin with lichenification and hyperpigmentation from left pinna and left lateral masseter and extending caudally to caudal thoracic region, alopecia and hyperpigmentation of all four paws also, moderat tartar and calculi, H/L WNL, Clear AU, small mammary mass caudal to right cranial abdominal teat, No OHE scar noted
A: Approx 10-11 yo FI Yorkie
Severe, chronic dermatitis - likely immune mediated
Small mammary mass
Dental disease
