Sheeba is a rottweiler who was adopted from ACC years ago, and unfortunately finds herself back at the shelter. Her previous caregivers kept her in the yard and/or the basement and it seems she longs for a real family to spend her golden years with. She has been friendly at the shelter, and still seems to have some good years ahead of her
